The GENERAL module allows general contrac-tors and owners to create, publish and distribute plans, specs and addendums for private tendering by giving access to selected sub-contractors.

The PROFESSIONAL module allows architects, engineers and owners to create virtual team by standardizing the electronic exchange of drawings.

The VIRTUAL PLAN ROOM allows general contractors to access via the Web plans, specs and addendums of construction projects up for tendering in a region.
